Once upon a time…Nairn’s
How are you doing?
Recently, I wrote an article about the benefits of eating oats. Today, it is my pleasure to share with you my favourite oat brand Nairn’s.
It tastes amazing! It is literally my guilty pleasure here in Cyprus. I am planning to full my suitcase with them in order to return to Martinique 😊
So, once upon a time in 1896, John and Sarah Nairn first opened their bakery in Strathaven, Lanarkshire. John delivered to local grocers, while Sarah supervised the bakery, making sure every batch was as good as the ones she produced in her own kitchen. Teamwork always pays off.
Meantime, the company has grown. Today Nairn’s are the largest producer of oatcakes in the UK, one of the UK’s leading and most trusted gluten free brands and their range is exported to over 30 countries.
Dark chocolate chips oat biscuits are my favourites. I can eat a whole box in one day! Well, I really encourage you to try this brand.
Today, most of my food is cooked by myself. I am trying to avoid processed food. When I was young frozen dishes were my favourites now it is totally different. Like, everyone, I have cravings, but I am always trying to crave on good quality products. In a world where profit is the main goal of many. A company like Nairn’s is a blessing.
See you soon!
