1- Prepare a large pot of boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper and 2 sachets of saffron spices for paella that will be broth.
2- In a large pot pour the cold olive oil and put the squid, let them fry then add the meats and sausage cut into slices.
3- As sure as the meats are brown, put the onions and garlic as well as the peppers.
4- Then add the mussels and langoustines.
5- Add the tomatoes in pieces and mix.
6- Add the rice to the very hot broth.
7- Cook the rice for about 25 to 30 minutes.
8- Add broth to rice.
9- Add peas or green beans or artichokes.
