Italian Pizza in Cyprus

I’m Nawres and I’m from Italy, the last time I share with you my love for nature instead today I teach you how you can make my lovely Italian pizza!I’m in Cyprus, and after tried pizza for several moments I wasn’t satisfied therefore me and the other volunteers decided to make pizza at house with my recipe!
Are pen and paper ready?
-Ingredients for the dought
500 gr of plain flour
250 ml of warm water
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar
10 g of yeast
Fresh Mozzarella cheese
-In a large bowl combine the flour, the yeast, the salt, the sugar and then add in the middle the water.
-Turn the dough out onto a clean work surface and knead for 10 minutes. The dough should be soft and smooth, so if you need other water you can add.
– Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for an hour.
-Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce: In a small pot put oil and cut onion, after 5 sec adds the tomato sauce and for the last the fresh basilic.
-Preheat the oven at 250°C.
-Once the dough has rested, take a portion and press it in a tin.
-In the end, add the garnish that you want, the most simple is pizza Margherita which ingredients are write upstairs!
-Bake for 10 or until the crust and cheese are golden brown.
