Yesterday I was talking about setting goals and changing our way of thinking in order to improve ourselves as human beings and to make our life better. In order to have a healthy mind, we also need a healthy lifestyle.
First of all, one important thing that we must do is to have a healthy diet. Eating three meals per day and having a balance between fruits, meat and milk products is the one of the most important “bricks” to our healthy life. Food is so important and nowadays we have easily access to so many different recipes from all over the world. I personally fell in love with French cuisine. And the sweets, oh my, yes, we need to pay attention how many sweets we eat, but just think, Italian ice cream on this sunny day, heaven I must say.
Second of all, healthy living must include doing sport. There so many outdoor and indoor activities that we can do. My morning routine includes abs workout. An evening ride with the bike, admiring the houses and the architecture, what could it be more relaxing?! Being summer now, it’s the perfect time now to enjoy a weekend on the beach swimming. Just as winter is a great escape from every day routine to go snowboarding or enjoy other winter sports. And the best thing about doing sport is that it helps you so much to have a positive thinking! It gives you energy and it makes you feel happy and more confident about yourself! And the sports that include working in team, such as football, basketball, volleyball and so on, it helps you so much to develop yourself. Sport is simply great! It has so many advantages!
So, have a healthy living by doing sports, paying attention to your diet and just simply have a healthy mind too. Mens sana in corpore sano!
